New Project LAUNCH!!

Good Vibes

Your health. Your choices. Your power.

A community-centered program focused on HIV prevention, education, and access to life‑saving tools like PrEP, PEP, and Doxy/PEP.

Good Vibes Connects People to the Tools That Keep Them Safe

Good Vibes is designed for both community members and healthcare staff. We help people:

  • Understand PrEP, PEP, and DoxyPEP

  • Recognize real‑world HIV risk (not stereotypes)

  • Learn how to talk with providers about sexual health

  • Access our PrEP Toolkit, a practical resource for learning, prescribing, and connecting to care

  • Build confidence in making decisions that protect themselves and their partners

Our goal is simple: everyone deserves accurate information and the chance to stay healthy.

HIV Prevention Matters — And So Does Accurate Information

In Michigan, over 60% of new HIV diagnoses are among cisgender, heterosexual individuals, with a large percentage being Black and Brown community members.

Even more concerning:

  • 100% of newly diagnosed individuals did not know they were at risk

  • 100% had never heard of PrEP or PEP

  • Many engage in behaviors that increase risk, such as injection drug use or having partners of multiple genders

  • And in healthcare settings, 50–70% of sexual health histories are left blank, meaning providers miss critical opportunities to keep patients safe

Good Vibes exists to close these gaps — with compassion, clarity, and culturally grounded education.
